The device has a 7-day battery life under normal use. When the battery drops below 20%, all family members receive low-battery alerts. The device continues working until completely drained, giving plenty of time to charge. We also send weekly charging reminders via the app.
Yes! The device has built-in cellular connectivity, so fall detection and alerts work anywhere with cell coverage—at home, in the yard, at the store, or visiting friends. GPS location is shared with family members during alerts so they know exactly where help is needed.
